Today I want to share a video devotional with you.
Do you ever find yourself longing for the “simpler” days to return? The days when you had a hand to hold. You know—those days as a child when a strong, caring hand would cover yours gently guiding you to safety. Thankfully, even as grownups, we do have a hand to hold! A hand of One who walks beside us through our journey and One who will picks us up and carry us when times are really tough. A hand of One who will never let go.
It’s the Hand of our Lord Jesus.
And He has been with you all along.
God’s promise to never leave you or forsake you is absolutely true, even when you’ve felt alone—He’s been there. Through all the ups and downs, through the hurt and pain of your past and through each and every one of your successes and failures—He’s been right there.
This is the day Jesus took me by the hand. He said to me gently, “Come, follow Me.” I was able to feel what He felt and see what He saw. This was truly a life changing encounter!
